Itinerary
At 8:45 AM, we will pick you up from your hotel to head to the main port of Lake Titicaca. At 9:00 AM, we will set sail from the dock on an exciting lake excursion towards the Floating Islands of Uros on a tourist boat for about 25 minutes, where we will have the opportunity to marvel at the world's highest navigable sacred lake.
The inhabitants of the Uros Islands will welcome us into their meticulously crafted floating homes made from totora reeds, settled on platforms of the same material, reaching about 40 to 50 cm thick. The islanders preserve their culture and tradition, basing their daily life on fishing, agriculture, and craftsmanship. We will then return to Puno, concluding our excursion around 12:00 PM.
