Coupon

Our issued coupons are valid for a limited time as previously informed in the advertisement or through email or messages. If you are a repeat customer or a frequent traveler, as well as if you are traveling in a group or with family, feel free to request a discount coupon.

Our discount coupons can range from 5% to 15% of the value of the tour or service. 

Refund

It is Turismo iPeru's policy that no refunds are offered for any reason if the refund request is sent to Turismo iPeru within 24 hours prior to the tour departure time. This Refund Policy applies to any product, tour, activity, or attraction booked on Turismo iPeru.

Refunds can only be accepted when the cancellation request has been sent more than 72 hours from the departure time of the respective tour. If Turismo iPeru receives a refund request with more than 72 hours' notice from the departure time, the refund request will still be subject to the refund policy of each tour or service offered by Turismo iPeru. Please read our Cancellation Policies described in each of our tours in the "Cancellation" section.

In case you cannot attend and need to cancel due to medical or health reasons, contact us immediately with evidence, and we will try to arrange appropriate compensation, if it is within 24 hours of the tour or service start.

Please note that if you are using an international credit card, we process a refund in the currency in which you purchased the tours or services. We will not be responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees charged by your bank.

NO REFUNDS if you do not attend, miss, or arrive late for the activity or services.

COVID 19

We understand that many people's travel plans have been affected by the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and various government travel restrictions. As a result, we are happy to process a travel credit for future trips at the same rate, allowing up to 24 months to travel. Whenever possible, we will issue you a travel credit to book any other tour with Turismo iPeru in the future.
