At 6:45 AM, we will depart from your hotel to Puno's port to begin our day of exploration. By 7:00 AM, we will set off on our tourist boat towards the floating islands of the Uros, located 30 minutes away from the city of Puno. The Uros people, inhabitants of these islands constructed on reed platforms, will welcome us into their floating homes.

Each island hosts around 5 to 6 families, offering us a unique opportunity to become a part of their culture and tradition. At 10:30 AM, we will continue our journey to Taquile Island, appreciating the natural beauty of the Sacred Lake of the Incas along the way. Taquile is known for preserving its traditions and customs, reflected in their clothing, rituals, and religion.

Upon arriving on the island at 12:30 PM, we can admire the typical attire of the Taquileños, as well as the pre-Hispanic arches, and ascend the 500 steps leading to the island's highest point. At 2:00 PM, we will start our return to Puno, concluding our experience at the Plaza de Armas around 5:00 PM.
