We leave Lima at 5:00 AM and at 9:30 AM, we will make our first stop at the marina dock, where we will go through the checkpoint and board the boats to explore the Ballestas Islands, immersing ourselves in the amazing sea world for approximately two hours.
Our first point of interest will be the figure in the sand known as 'El Candelabro', where the guide will explain the different theories about its origin and purpose. We will continue sailing around the islands, surrounded by rich sea life, including sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and various seabirds. You won't want to miss capturing these moments with your camera!
Later, we will head to Ica in an approximately 1-hour journey, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch and a fun tasting of local wine and pisco at the restaurant and winery. Then, we will proceed to the Oasis of Huacachina.
Upon arrival, we will board the dune buggies to explore the extensive Ica dunes from top to bottom. We will also experience the thrill of sliding down the sandboards. After this adrenaline-filled experience, you will have enough time to stroll around the oasis, take photos, and maybe do some shopping.
At 5:30 PM, we will begin our journey back to Lima, arriving around 10:30 PM at the initial pickup point, thus concluding our exciting day full of discoveries and adventures.
