We kick off our journey with a warm welcome at the airport or bus station, followed by a transfer to the Monte Amazónico Lodge office for necessary registrations. Next, we head to the port captaincy, where we board a boat that takes us to our lodge.

After a welcome meeting, we indulge in a refreshing juice made from local fruits. Following lunch, we explore the 'Monkey Island', home to various species such as capuchin monkeys. In the evening, we venture out in search of white caimans and the elusive capybara, the world's largest rodent.

After a delightful breakfast, we delve into the dense rainforest, walking 3 km to Lake Sandoval, a habitat for piranhas and various bird and monkey species. In a serene rowboat ride, we observe the rich variety of wildlife, from birds like shansho and puma herons to elusive sloths.

We might be fortunate to encounter the rare giant otter family and the impressive caimans, some of which exceed 4 meters in length. After an exciting day in nature, we return to the lodge for a typical lunch before embarking on our journey back to the city.
