The tour commences with a hotel pick-up at 5:00 AM, heading south towards Chuquicahuana and taking the route to Acomayo. Along this journey, we'll relish in the serene beauty of Pomacanchi Lagoon with a brief stop. Next, we continue to Sangarara for a hearty breakfast before embarking on a trek from Rinconada community to Waqrapukara, immersing ourselves in the abundant flora and fauna along the way.

During the hike to Waqrapukara, we'll be captivated by the local nature's diversity until we reach our destination. Once there, a guided tour awaits, exploring sites such as Intipunku ("Sun Gate"), the main square, towers, terraces, the Wiracocha enclosure, and rock paintings depicting llamas. Following the visit, we return to Sangarará for lunch, with transportation ready for our journey back to Cusco.
