Terms and Conditions

Read our Terms and Conditions

By booking a tour or service with Turismo iPeru, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Reservation

Your reservation is confirmed, and a contract exists once Turismo iPeru sends your confirmation details and data provided during the reservation. Please verify carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information immediately. Ensure that your data matches the information on your identification document or passport.

Discount coupons

All promotion codes and coupons can be canceled at any time by Turismo iPeru and are at the sole discretion of Turismo iPeru.

All vouchers and/or promotional codes issued by Turismo iPeru can only be redeemed once on the Turismo iPeru platform. If the transaction cost is lower than the amount of the coupon/promotional code, the customer will NOT receive the difference in credit.

Our rewards program operates when, after completing your tour or service with us, you receive an email to write your review about the service or tour. Upon completion, you will receive a discount coupon in your email inbox for your next booking with Turismo iPeru. This coupon can be up to 10% of the booking value. The coupon will be emailed to you within 24 hours for use in any future travel experience and for any of our destinations on our website, and it is valid for up to 6 months.

Payment method

All payments and reservations transactions through the Turismo iPeru platform are processed through the Izipay payment gateway system, ensuring your payments are safe and secure. All service costs for transactions are already included in the tour and service rates, so you do not need to add any additional costs to the rates published on the Turismo iPeru platform.

Reservations can be paid with debit or credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Medical information

You must inform Turismo iPeru of any medical issues or allergies you may have. You must be in good physical health, and if your health is in doubt, you should consult a doctor. If you are over 70 years old, you will need to provide us with an updated medical certificate of good health.

You are responsible for evaluating whether a tour or service is suitable for you. You should consult your doctor to confirm your fitness for travel and participation in planned activities. You should seek your doctor's advice on vaccines and medical precautions. Turismo iPeru does not provide medical advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the trip based on your own circumstances, limitations, physical condition, and medical requirements.

Turismo iPeru reserves the right to deny you permission to travel or participate in any aspect of the trip at any time and at your own risk when Turismo iPeru determines that your physical or mental condition incapacitates you to travel or poses a danger to you or others.

Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed to Turismo iPeru at the time of booking. The company may refuse to transport pregnant women beyond 24 weeks. Turismo iPeru may refuse to transport anyone suffering from certain illnesses if reasonable accommodation or alternatives cannot be arranged.

It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of a medical emergency or trip cancellation.
