Legality of Turismo iPeru

Turismo iPeru E.I.R.L. is an authorized company by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Tourism, which means we pay taxes — we are not an illegal company.
We firmly believe that the high quality of an excursion must go hand in hand with the legality of the tour company. You can verify our single taxpayer registry number (RUC) through SUNAT: 20609503638. That’s why we can operate excursions anywhere in Peru; wherever we organize excursions, we continue to pay taxes.

Legality of our Tour Guides

We work exclusively with official Tour Guides, graduates from universities and institutes. We are very strict about this matter because we are also Tour Guides, and we do not like when people who have not studied this career usurp our profession.

Note: Please keep in mind that if your tour guide is illegal, they will be arrested and sued by the Peruvian Government, and they could be found guilty and sentenced to up to 6 years in prison.
